Serving as the Executive Director of Milton Jefferson Recovery, Michelle brings over 13 years of leadership and behavioral health experience. She combines operational expertise with a deep commitment to patient-centered care. Michelle is especially proud of building a Milton Jefferson Recovery in an underserved community, increasing access to support across Ohio.
Guided by her motto, “Lead with passion and humility, never your title,” Michelle fosters a culture rooted in respect, accountability, and compassion. She is most inspired by watching individuals rediscover self-worth and transform their lives in recovery. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and family, spending time with her two sons and grandsons, and staying active through sports.
