Responsabilities:
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

- Assist with sterile processing and laboratory procedures when required.

Qualifications:

Behavioral Health Tech (Multiple Shits)
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with individuals in addiction with secondary mental health needs. This role requires a commitment to patient care and the ability to collect and analyze data effectively to track progress and adapt strategies as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and record data on client behaviors, progress, and treatment effectiveness.
- Provide support and guidance to clients on a daily basis.
- Assist in developing individualized treatment goals tailored to each client’s needs.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to promote positive outcomes for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Utilize techniques for addiction counseling when applicable to support clients’ holistic needs.
- Monitor vital signs when necessary and provide appropriate patient care.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with individuals with SUD/Mental Health highly desirable.
- Strong data collection skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret results effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client advocacy and care.
- Certification or training in relevant fields such as addiction counseling.
- Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with patient care, including the ability to assist clients as needed
Intake Coordinator (Multiple Shifts)
The Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in welcoming new patients and supporting their transition into the program. This position is responsible for verifying benefits, completing intake procedures, coordinating with clinical staff, and providing hands-on support during the admission process. The Intake Coordinator may also assist as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) when needed.
Job Duties:
- Conduct insurance verification of benefits at the initial, mid-way, and end stages of treatment
- Greet patients upon arrival and guide them through the intake process
- Review and obtain patient consents and required documentation
- Provide patients with an overview and explanation of the program
- Assist patients with basic needs, including obtaining food upon arrival
- Perform urine drug screens (UDS) and breathalyzer testing in accordance with policy
- Assist nursing staff with intake assessments and coordinate handoff information
